1. I’m from New Zealand

INTJ is: Introversion, Intuition, Thinking, Judgment.
4. I’m a confident introvert
Most people who meet me mistake me for being an extrovert, but I’m not. I’m a confident introvert. I make friends easily but I generally prefer my own company. I’m very introspective and like to spend a lot of time alone reading, writing, thinking, learning, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, meditating or watching YouTube
5. I’m a pisces
My birthday is March 13th 1980. I’m 38 years old.

7. I love personal development/self-help
My life was changed forever in 2001 when as a 21-year-old I read Tony Robbins book “Awaken the Giant Within”. That book ignited a passion for personal development within me that never went away.
Since 2001 I’ve read over 500+ books on personal development/self-improvement.
8. I’ve Traveled the World
I travelled the world from August 2013- August 2016 and completed my bucket list before age 35.

- Melbourne (My home)
9. Most people would describe me as…
I asked people who knew me well (family, friends, ex-girlfriends etc.) what 10 words they thought best described me. I said they could be positive or negative – they just had to be super honest.
Here’s how they described me:
10. I’m an all-or-nothing type of guy
I’m either all in or all out. 100% or 0%. Everything or nothing. I don’t do things by halves and I don’t want to. I either exercise every day or never. I either write every day or not at all. I love getting obsessed with things and losing myself in them. It took me a long time to do Yoga but when I finally started I did 325 days in a row. When I did Martial Arts, I practiced morning and night, 10X a week.

28. Martial Arts
I started practicing Martial Arts in 2001 when I was 21 beginning with Wing Tsun Kung Fu and since that time I have practiced:
- Reality Based Self-Defence
I don’t do MMA any more (I have different interests) but I practiced Martial Arts for over 12 years and I used to train 5 days a week morning and night. Prior to travelling around the world martial arts was my biggest passion in life and I was very close to opening up my own MMA gym.
29. Video Games
Since working in a Video arcade when I was 20, I now find it impossible to like, or to care about any video game. I just can’t get into them or want to play them no matter how hard I try. The spell is broken. The illusion is destroyed.
However, if you put a gun to my head and forced me to give an answer:
- Street Fighter 2 (Guile and Ken)
- Soul Calibur 4 (Xbox)
I also like Chess (I’ve been playing since I was 6 years old) and Monopoly.
Neither. I’m not married and I don’t have kids.
I’ve always been interested in ‘spiritual’ things and in my teenage years I was a Christian
My beliefs now lean towards something called ‘Non-duality’ or Advaita Vedanta which is very similar to Taoism and Zen.

- Super honest. I love to admit my faults, weaknesses and vulnerabilities and I have no trouble apologizing or admitting whenever I’m wrong or have made a mistake. I like it. It feels good. I find it liberating.
Chocolate. Coffee. Junk food. Fear. I don’t forgive easily. I also have the worst sense of direction in the history of humanity and could probably find a way to get lost in my own bedroom.
Public speaking, Deep Water
- Critical Thinking
36. I’m a realist
I’m not an optimist or a pessimist – I’m a realist. Instead of being positive or negative I try my best to be objective and to call it like I see it.
37. I love the beach
I love swimming and being near water. Oceans, lakes, rivers etc. make me feel incredibly good. It’s a spiritual experience.
38. I love rainy days
Thunderstorms? Lightning? Hail? Bring it on! A rainy day is a good day. The more rain the better. I’d much rather be inside reading, writing, learning, meditating, listening to an audiobook or podcast, or watching videos on YouTube, than outside in the sun doing nothing.
39. My favorite quote
“You may control a mad elephant;
You may shut the mouth of the bear and the tiger;
Ride the lion and play with the cobra;
By alchemy you may learn your livelihood;
You may wander through the universe incognito;
Make vassals of the gods; be ever youthful;
You may walk in water and live in fire;
But control of the mind is better and more difficult.”
